I still remember how this song was playing in the radio the first time we ever fucked. We had to blast it really loud so the people in the adjacent apartments wouldn’t hear us lol. That was the best. Through the years I always go back to memories of us together. You will always hold a special place in my heart because you were my first love and first loves are never forgotten. I’ve never given myself completely to anyone as I did with you. The nature of our relationship was so complicated and even destructive at times. Not a lot of people understood us but we were just a pair of hopelessly in love teenagers trying to build plans and a future in a city that eventually tore us apart. But today I have forgiven you for everything that happened and for the first time ever in my life I am letting go of the grudge I had toward you. I truly regret never answering any of the texts, messages, and emails you sent me every year. I wasn’t ready to talk to you because I was so full of resentment, but I want you to know that deep in my heart I always knew one day we would be reunited and be together once again. I am so mesmerized by the level of talent Juliet Simms has. She knows how to capture an audience. Her performances are always truly touching and emotionally convincing. She sings from the inside. Love her <3
This is going to be tough. The Voice has had some of its best talent this season. I really appreciate the eclectic set of performers this season. Katrina, Chris, and Juliet are my favorites. I am keeping my fingers cross that one of them take the competition.
